Anyone else read the freaky creepy post in the landlord forum about some "Ken Kwan" claiming his tenant is "rude and aggressive"? Ken Kwan is not complaining about getting rent or anything like that. Ken Kwan is complaining his Tenant isn't bowing to him like he wants her to.
Sorry Ken this isn't your land of China! Tenants have rights here in CANADA!
