Owner ignores mold and other concerns

We are happy to find such a warm and helpful community. My family is renting a house from a landlord who is the owner of the property. He said he had done all repairs and would even clean prior to our moving in. Now it is even 10 days later and we have found mold and other problems. Please help us with our family's safety and God Bless you all!
