Honest mom and pop landlords vs foreign owners that want no rules

This is jus my opinion based on what I see.

Honest mom and pop landlords is one thing. The unfortunate part is Canada has so many foreign owners that follow no rules, except for the ones that they follow from their original country.

We need more training and enforcement of the rules. Ford has failed us good landlords!

We are seeing a lot of whining when the rules now are actually better than 20 years ago.

You are all fools and losers!

We are a new breed of super-landlords! We don't want stupid human rights we need for renters to obey or get out!

WE ARE CREATING HOUSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need survival of the fittest.
