Tenants are not sheep sent to the slaughter of foreigners buying our rental properties and using us as profit machines to fund their global activities!
Last week the island nation known as New Zealand outlawed all foreigners buying houses there. New Zealand is known for "rugby", butter, wool, and was the place Lord of the Rings was filmed.
What happens to home owners does not matter to me. What matters is that we end these foreigners coming to Canada, being an absentee landlord or hiring some pathetic property manager and raising rents on tenants.
